Fees
Cardiel Precision Brain Health is a fee-for-service neurology practice focused on highly personalized care.
Certain medications, imaging studies, laboratory testing, and procedures may still be billed through a patient’s insurance when appropriate.
Fees vary based on the scope of care provided, including clinical complexity, physician time, diagnostic review, procedures performed, and the degree of ongoing monitoring or follow-up that may be helpful.
The practice does not participate directly with commercial insurance plans or Medicare.
Out-of-network superbills are available for eligible services.
Patients may submit out-of-network superbills to their insurance carriers for possible reimbursement, depending on out-of-network benefits.
Additional details regarding services pricing and availability will be discussed during the inquiry process.
Recommendations are individualized based on symptoms, goals, life circumstances, and clinical needs. Final fees depend on the scope of care ultimately selected.
Important Note:
A more comprehensive pathway is not necessarily a better pathway. Recommendations are based on clinical priorities, patient goals, and what is realistically actionable given an individual's circumstances and available time.
How Care Is Personalized
No two patients require the same level of evaluation, monitoring, or follow-up.
Some individuals benefit from a focused neurological consultation and treatment plan, while others choose a more comprehensive approach that incorporates longitudinal tracking, wearable data, cognitive assessment, lifestyle interventions, and ongoing physician guidance.
Recommendations are based on clinical needs, personal goals, life circumstances, and the patient's capacity for implementation. The goal is to create a care plan that is both meaningful and realistic, rather than pursuing testing or monitoring that may not be practical or beneficial at a given time.
Fees reflect the scope of physician services provided and may vary based on:
clinical complexity and physician time
diagnostic review and interpretation
procedures performed
frequency of follow-up and ongoing support
longitudinal data review and monitoring
cognitive, metabolic, hormonal, or wearable data interpretation
prescription management and monitoring
coordination of care with other providers
