Previously seen by Dr. Cardiel, including at NYU Langone? A follow-up visit may be appropriate, even if this is your first visit to this practice. For a new concern, a significant change in symptoms, or a more extensive review, please call so we can arrange the appropriate visit length.
Extended visits & procedures
Longer evaluations, extensive record reviews, and other appointments not shown online are arranged by phone. For Botox, nerve blocks, or another procedure not listed, please call rather than selecting a different appointment type. We will help match the visit to your needs.

Where can I find fees for my appointment?

Could other appointments be available if I do not see one online?
Yes. The online calendar shows only selected appointment options. Additional times and longer visits may be available and are scheduled by phone only. Please call 917-905-1057 so we can review your needs and arrange the appropriate visit length.
For changes to an existing appointment, please call the office rather than making a second booking.
Do I need an Elation account to book?
You can book as a guest. If you already have an Elation Patient Passport account for this practice, please sign in when prompted so your appointment is linked to your existing record.
How do I know my appointment is booked?
Complete all steps in Elation, including the final confirmation. Review your booking confirmation for the appointment date, time, and location or visit format. Complete any intake forms sent to you before your visit. Contact the practice if you are unsure whether your booking was completed.
